Need to return something?  No problem.  Our returns process is fair and straight-forward so you can shop with confidence.

First, if you have a need to consider refunds and returns, you likely ordered a product from us. Which means we owe you a "thank you!" Nothing makes us happier than happy customers, so we promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience, and to take care of any hiccups along the way. That said, here are some things you might want to know...

  • You may cancel an order at any time PRIOR to shipment (Usually a 24 hour window before your order ships out. We can be reached by e-mail and through Instagram DM!
  • All sales are FINAL.
  • NO Refunds or Exchanges for open products. Exchanges or returns will not be accepted for products that have been open/used or products that were not originally purchased from our company.
  • Customers are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments. That said, we’ll do our best to assist you where we are able.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the unopened item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
